A total of 18 children with cerebral palsy and organic brain lesions underwent sessions of transcranial micropolarization with the aim of decreasing the frequency of convulsive fits. Transcranial micropolarization of the posterior temporal and parietal areas of the cerebral cortex was found to provide a marked decrease in the frequency of convulsive fits and to normalize the EEG pattern. This effect was due to the targeted effects of direct currents passed through the respective morphofunctional connections of cortical zones to the structures responsible for forming and controlling the convulsive activity of the brain.

Throughout the history of pediatric ophthalmology, pathophysiological state has always played an important role. It's characterized by reduced central vision, often paired with disruption of binocular vision, which is interpreted as amblyopia. Central vision is necessary for social integration, so its disorders cause great quality of life changes in patients limiting their professional activities and complicating everyday life.

In this article, the results of the authors' research, including analysis of the clinical and instrumental data concerning 203 patients with, stroke are presented. It is shown that the clinical effectiveness of the transcranial methods incorporated in the combined rehabilitation programs depends on the type of stroke and localization of the lesions. Specifically, the patients presenting with ischemic stroke of hemispheric localization experienced a neurophysiologically confirmed significant clinical improvement that became apparent after the consistent application of transcranial magnetic therapy and micropolarization.

A combined approach to neuroreconstructive effects on pathogenesis mechanisms of vegetative state that develops as a result of severe traumatic brain injury (TBI). It is shown that under the influence of chemical transtimpanal vestibular dereception and transcranial micropolarization (TDCS) accelerated and more pronounced therapeutic effect than conventional therapy. Neurophysiological in-depth examination of the dynamics shows that over time in patients in a vegetative state, picking up the intensity, "tension" and "rigidity" of inter-regional cortical interactions in the organization that are beginning to dominate the area TPO cortex of both hemispheres.
