Mental illnesses put a tremendous burden on afflicted individuals and society. Identification of novel drugs to treat such conditions is intrinsically challenging due to the complexity of neuropsychiatric diseases and the need for a systems-level understanding that goes beyond single molecule-target interactions. Thus far, drug discovery approaches focused on target-based in silico or in vitro high-throughput screening (HTS) have had limited success because they cannot capture pathway interactions or predict how a compound will affect the whole organism.

School of Social Work, Boise State University, Boise, Idaho (Williams, Esp); Department of Psychiatry, University of California, San Diego School of Medicine, La Jolla (Aarons, Sklar, Carandang, Brookman-Frazee); Department of Psychology, University of Central Florida, Orlando (Ehrhart); Ballmer Institute for Children's Behavioral Health, University of Oregon, Portland (Vega); School of Social Policy and Practice, University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia (Marcus).

Objective: Little is known about how to sustain evidence-based interventions with fidelity in community mental health settings. Phase 1 of the Working to Implement and Sustain Digital Outcome Measures (WISDOM) trial showed that an organizational strategy improved the implementation of measurement-based care (MBC) in mental health services for youths 1-12 months after clinician MBC training. The authors report results from phase 2 of the trial, in which the strategy's effects on MBC sustainment 13-26 months after clinician MBC training were examined.

Objectives: Recent studies have challenged the assumption that families are invariable sources of support for cancer caregivers, noting that relationships with family members can have both positive and negative effects on caregiver well-being. This study expands upon prior literature to examine the relationship between cancer caregivers' perceptions of the quality of their family interactions and their symptoms of anxiety.

Methods: We employed secondary analysis of baseline data from a multisite randomized clinical trial of an intervention for cancer caregivers conducted at 3 large academic palliative care clinics.
