Background: The availability and affordability of safe, effective cancer therapies are core requirements for effective cancer control. Global disparities exist in access, however, yielding unequal cancer outcomes. The goal of this study was to provide updated data regarding the formulary availability, out-of-pocket costs, and accessibility of cancer medicines in countries across the full spectrum of economic development areas.

Cognitive impairments are frequently observed in patients with Alcohol Use Disorder (AUD). Thiamine deficiency is often found in AUD patients and has been suggested as a possible cause of cognitive impairments. While thiamine deficiency is not consistently present in all AUD patients with cognitive deficits, thiamine is traditionally prescribed to patients with AUD to treat or prevent cognitive impairment.

Background: The purpose of this systematic review was to evaluate the impact of mental health disorders (MHDs) on the clinical and functional outcomes following total ankle arthroplasty (TAA) for the treatment of end-stage ankle arthritis.
Methods: A systematic review of the EMBASE, MEDLINE, and Cochrane Library databases was conducted in April 2024 following PRISMA guidelines. Data collected included patient demographics, clinical outcomes, complications, and failures.
Objective: To update and establish content validity for the Checklist of NICU Caregiver Behaviors.
Design: Structured literature review and Delphi analysis.
Setting/local Problem: Neonates born prematurely or who are sick in the NICU are frequently exposed to harmful stimuli that can affect brain development and result in adverse neurodevelopmental outcomes.

Setting And Participants: Older adults (mean age ≥55 years) residing in the community or in aged care facilities (ie, non-hospitalized) who had received an individualized medication review by a pharmacist.
