Antimicrobial resistance is a global threat to public health. Without proactive intervention, common infections may become untreatable, restricting the types of clinical intervention that can be undertaken and reversing improvements in mortality rates. Effective antimicrobial stewardship represents one approach to restrict the spread of antimicrobial resistance but relies on rapid and accurate diagnostics that minimise the unnecessary use of antibiotics.

This research, undertaken in Queensland, Australia aimed to explore community members' knowledge of voluntary assisted dying (VAD) 17 months after it became a lawful option. Adults living in Queensland ( = 1000) completed an online survey about knowledge of VAD as a legal option and awareness of how to access VAD and information about it. Quotas were set for age, gender and geographical region within Queensland.

Bacterial sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) remain prominent in the United States among gay, bisexual, and other men who have sex with men (GBMSM). Doxycycline for post-exposure prophylaxis (DoxyPEP) is a regimen by which the antibiotic doxycycline is taken after sex to prevent bacterial STDs, such as, chlamydia, gonorrhea, and syphilis. Despite this, this study was conducted because there are a limited number of publications that describe GBMSM's knowledge of, and interest in, taking DoxyPEP and preferences regarding its implementation.

Introduction And Hypothesis: This research sought to explore the knowledge, attitude, and practice (KAP) toward pelvic floor dysfunction (PFD) among postpartum and postmenopausal women.
Methods: This cross-sectional study was performed among postpartum and postmenopausal women between May and August 2023. Demographic data, along with KAP scores, were collected using a self-designed questionnaire-based approach.
