The epileptogenic network in temporal lobe epilepsy (TLE) contains structures of the primary and secondary olfactory cortex such as the piriform and entorhinal cortex, the amygdala, and the hippocampus. Olfactory auras and olfactory dysfunction are relevant symptoms of TLE. This study aims to characterize olfactory function in TLE using olfactory testing and olfactory functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI).

Purpose: To compare the image quality and performance of half-Fourier acquisition single-shot turbo spin echo (HASTE) sequences, using compressed sensing (HASTE-CS) and deep-learning based reconstruction (HASTE-DL) in detecting focal liver lesions (FLLs), to those of T2-weighted image using BLADE sequence (T2WI) in patients at risk of developing hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC).
Materials And Methods: This retrospective study included patients at risk of developing HCC who underwent liver MRI including HASTE-DL, HASTE-CS, T2WI and DWI between January and June 2020. Three radiologists independently reviewed the image quality along with FLL detection in the three T2-based sequences and DWI.

Purpose: To determine the magnetic resonance (MR) sequences best suited for the assessment of ablation zones after radiofrequency ablation (RFA).
Methods: Three percutaneous MR-guided RFA of the liver were performed on three swine. Four pre-contrast and two hepatobiliary post-contrast sequences were obtained after ablation.

Objectives: To evaluate the reduction of artifacts from cardiac implantable electronic devices (CIEDs) by virtual monoenergetic images (VMI), metal artifact reduction (MAR) algorithms, and their combination (VMI) derived from spectral detector CT (SDCT) of the chest compared to conventional CT images (CI).
Methods: In this retrospective study, we included 34 patients (mean age 74.6 ± 8.

Objectives: To evaluate the diagnostic value of Lipiodol distribution in angiography and CT to differentiate between hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and benign nodules of LI-RADS 3 and 4 lesions observed in MRI of liver cirrhosis.
Methods: This retrospective study included all patients with liver cirrhosis who had diagnosis of LI-RADS 3 or 4 lesions by MRI who underwent a Lipiodol-based angiography and post-interventional unenhanced CT- and liver biopsy. Two independent radiologists evaluated appearance, contrast enhancement, Lipiodol uptake in angiography, and morphological parameters (size, form, and density) of the lesions in unenhanced post-angiography CT.
