In joint experiments performed at Max Plank Institute of Aeronomy (Germany) and the Institute of Theoretical and Experimental Biophysics in Pushchino, the main manifestations of the phenomenon of macroscopic fluctuations were confirmed. An increased probability of the similarity in synchronous histograms in independent measurements performed by two installations in one laboratory and in two laboratories separated by a distance of 2000 km was shown. In the latter case, the similarity of histograms is most probable at the same local time.

The motivation for this article stems from the fact that medical image security is crucial for maintaining patient confidentiality and protecting against unauthorized access or manipulation. This paper presents a novel encryption technique that integrates the Deep Convolutional Generative Adversarial Networks (DCGAN) and Virtual Planet Domain (VPD) approach to enhance the protection of medical images. The method uses a Deep Learning (DL) framework to generate a decoy image, which forms the basis for generating encryption keys using a timestamp, nonce, and 1-D Exponential Chebyshev map (1-DEC).

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to compare the effect of catheter shift errors and determine patient specific error thresholds (PSETs) for different high dose rate prostate brachytherapy (HDRPBT) plans generated by different forms of inverse optimization.
Methods: Three plans were generated for 50 HDRPBT patients and PSETs were determined for each of the 3 plans. Plan 1 was the original Oncentra Prostate (v4.
Plasma reactors are promising to decarbonize the production of NH, but their NH energy yields need to improve to facilitate their broad adoption. Two emerging strategies to reduce energy inefficiencies aim to protect the freshly formed NH from destruction by the plasma by leveraging NH adsorption properties of porous materials as either catalyst supports or as membranes. As metal-organic frameworks (MOFs) are promising porous materials for adsorption-based applications, we performed large-scale computational screening of 13,460 MOFs to study their potential for the above-mentioned uses.
