Annular atrophic lichen planus (AALP) is a chronic subtype of lichen planus that classically does not respond to treatment with topical steroids. An inflammatory reaction in the dermal infiltrate may play a role in the development of AALP, but the exact pathogenesis remains unclear. We present the case of a 54-year-old-female with lesions on her trunk and extremities that developed following vaccination.

Objective: To test the efficacy of Problem Adaptation Therapy for Pain (PATH-Pain) versus Usual Care (UC) in reducing pain-related disability, pain intensity, and depression among older adults with chronic pain and negative emotions.
Design: RCT assessing the between-group differences during the acute (0-10 weeks) and follow-up (weeks 11-24) phase of treatment.

Context: Gun violence negatively impacts not only victims but also their families and surrounding communities. Resources and counseling services may be available to support families affected by gun violence, but the families and their clinicians may not know about these resources or how to access them.
Objectives: The objective of this study was to investigate the impact of a clinician-directed educational program on patient reports of their discussions with their physician regarding gun violence, prevention, and available resources for support and treatment.

However, limited evidence exists about how these mergers affect the quality of care and cancer outcomes. Lymphogranuloma venereum (LGV) is a sexually transmitted infection typically caused by serovars L1-L3 of . These serovars are tissue-invasive with a preponderance for lymphatic spread and can be acquired via unprotected oral, anal, or vaginal sex. We present the case of a 23-year-old with a prior history of syphilis admitted with four weeks of progressively enlarging painful right cervical lymphadenopathy.
