This study aims to evaluate the management of oro-antral communications (OAC) and fistulas (OAF), focusing on treatment strategies based on defect size, epithelialization, and the presence of sinus infections, while exploring both traditional and emerging techniques. The systematic review was conducted following the PRISMA guidelines and registered on PROSPERO (CDR ID 623251). Using targeted keywords, articles in English published within the last 10 years were analyzed from databases such as PubMed, WoS and Scopus, selecting only clinical studies on human patients.

This study is intended to review the cephalometric data pertaining to the diverse Indian populace through a systematic literature survey. To conduct a systematic review of literature, an electronic search was done on Medline, Embase, and Central databases. The available data were categorized based on the existing five geographic locations of the country (north, south, east, west, and central India) and analyzed.

Background: Zygomatic implants are becoming an ideal treatment approach for implant-supported prosthesis treatment developed for the atrophic maxilla. This study aims to evaluate the amount and distribution of stress in implants and peri-implant bone using different implant-supported prosthesis configurations in Aramany Class I maxillary defects through 3-dimensional finite element analysis.
Methods: A 3-dimensional finite element model of the Aramany class I defect was created.

Objectives: To: 1) analyze possible differences in the CIEDE2000 lightness, chroma and hue of the gingiva at the free gingival margin (FGM) and the middle zone of keratinized gingiva (MZ) between participants with an ISFP in the maxillary anterior region and participants with natural dentition and healthy gums; and 2) examine the perceptibility/acceptability of the differences in CIEDE2000 lightness, chroma and hue and in overall color, using the Euclidean and CIEDE2000 formulae.
Methods: The L*, a* and b* color coordinates were measured in 60 adult participants (30 with an ISFP and 30 with healthy teeth and gums) using a Spectroshade™ Micro spectrophotometer. From these coordinates, the changes in lightness (ΔL'), chroma (ΔC') and hue (ΔH') CIEDE2000 between the participants with and without an ISFP were quantified.

Background: Anatomically formed healing abutments were suggested in literature to address many of the issues associated with immediate posterior implant insertion such as large extraction sockets that are extremely hard to seal without reflecting the mucoperiosteal flap, extraction sockets anatomy that are not suitable for regular healing abutment placement, and potentially high occlusal stresses when planning a temporary implant supported prothesis to improve the conditioning of supra implant tissue architecture and the emergence profile of the implant supported restorations.
Purpose: To clinically evaluate the peri-implant soft tissue profile of single posterior implant retained restorations and to assess patient related outcomes of the implant restorations that were conditioned immediately by CAD-CAM socket sealing abutments (SSA) versus those conditioned by Titanium (Ti) standard healing abutments (SHA).
Methods: Twenty participants received twenty-two single maxillary immediate implants after flapless minimally invasive tooth extraction and 3D guided implant placement in the posterior area (premolar and molar) and allocated randomly into two groups (n = 11), the intervention group: patients received PEEK SSA and the control group: the patients received Ti SHA.
