The value co-creation mechanism of Public Cultural Services ecosystem in China based on "public value" theory.

The establishment of China's public cultural service system has been explored for nearly two decades, but there is still a significant gap in achieving the goal of equalising and eliminating differences in public value, and it is urgent to systematically explore the public value governance issues contained in it. This paper presents a localised theoretical analysis framework based on the strategic triangle model of public value, with the objective of exploring the endogenous mechanism of China's public cultural services ecosystem (PCSE). Furthermore, it constructs a panel vector autoregression (PVAR) model from a dynamic endogenous perspective, employing the STATA 16.

Conflicts within the tsetse fly belt revealed a strong correlation between the dynamics of bovine trypanosomosis and the insurgency involving farmers and herders in Nigeria and parts of West Africa. This study examined the history, causes and influence of farmers-herdsmen conflicts on banditry, terrorism and food security as it relates to the epidemiology of African animal trypanosomosis (AAT). A combination of literature database searches, semi-structured questionnaires, and mathematical modeling was employed.

This paper proposes the YOLOv8n_H method to address issues regarding parameter redundancy, slow inference speed, and suboptimal detection precision in contemporary helmet-wearing target recognition algorithms. The YOLOv8 C2f module is enhanced with a new SC_Bottleneck structure, incorporating the SCConv module, now termed SC_C2f, to mitigate model complexity and computational costs. Additionally, the original Detect structure is substituted with the PC-Head decoupling head, leading to a significant reduction in parameter count and an enhancement in model efficiency.

The target article explores material culture datasets from three African forager groups. After demonstrating that these modern, contemporary human populations would leave scant evidence of symbolic behaviour or material complexity, it cautioned against using material culture as a barometer for human cognition in the deep past. Twenty-one commentaries broadly support or expand these conclusions.
