Background: Orbital lymphomas are the most frequently occurring malignant tumor entities in this region. They are less frequently also localized in the ocular adnexa and show a high entity-specific heterogeneity regarding the treatment and prognosis.

Objective: This article gives an overview of the heterogeneity of symptoms of orbital lymphoma and lymphoma of the ocular adnexa and focuses on new systemic options for treatment of this disease.

Although sialoblastoma (SBL) is defined as a low-grade malignant salivary gland anlage neoplasm in the 2022 World Health Organization (WHO) Classification of Head and Neck Tumors, its histology, genetics, and behavior remain controversial due to the rarity of the tumor. Here, we performed the first comprehensive clinical, histologic, and molecular analyses of 8 SBLs to better understand their pathogenesis and prognosis. This cohort consisted of 5 boys and 3 girls, with ages ranging from birth to 9 years at diagnosis.

Background: We aimed to evaluate how the parameters used in the diagnosis of metabolic syndrome (MetS) and parameters such as epicardial adipose tissue (EAT) thickness, insulin resistance (IR), and serum uric acid (SUA) are affected according to the severity of obesity.

Methods: A total of 120 obese patients aged 10-18 years were classified as class 1-2-3 according to their body mass index (BMI) score. SUA was measured and oral glucose tolerance tests were performed on all patients.

Introduction: With the use of immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs) and targeted therapies, the clinical outcomes of metastatic melanoma have drastically improved. The current scenario has reduced the use of chemotherapy as a first-line treatment. We report an interesting case of a patient with stage IV ano-rectal canal malignant melanoma with an exceptional response to single-agent temozolomide.

Introduction The role of the condylar position in the correct functioning of the stomatognathic system has been the center of the study. Using cone-beam computed tomography (CBCT), this study looked at the three-dimensional (3D) position of the condylar bone in patients from Class I, Class II, Division 1, and Division 2.
