Background: Ozurdex® (Allergan®, AbbVie Company, North Chicago, Illinois, EUA), is composed of 0.7 mg of dexamethasone, fused in a solid biodegradable PLGA polymer, whose degradation occurs naturally in the vitreous cavity, usually in six months after its application.
Methods: In this study, we included patients aged ≥ 18 years with one or two eyes who had an indication for Ozurdex implants.

We present a 56-year-old female with a macular vortex vein in her right eye and a varix of vortex vein ampulla in the inferior nasal fundus of her left eye. The choroidal lesions were evaluated by multimodal imaging including fundoscopy with contact lens, ultra-widefield fundus photography, swept-souse optical coherence tomography (SS-OCT), enface image of widefield optical coherence tomography (widefield enface-OCT), and ultra-widefield fundus angiography. Widefield enface-OCT revealed submacular large choroidal vessels in the right eye.

Purpose: To report a case of endogenous endophthalmitis caused by Sphingomonas paucimobilis in a young male.
Materials And Methods: A retrospective case report.
Results: A 25-year-old male presented with reduced vision in the right eye and recurrent past episodes of hypopyon uveitis.
This paper presents a nondestructive method for accurately identifying internal flaws in metal plates, which is crucial for ensuring structural integrity in safety-critical applications. The technique relies on analyzing laser-induced ultrasound (LIU) longitudinal wave time-of-flight, as demonstrated through a theoretical five-layer model. Experimental validation was conducted using a piezo-sensor in contact with a slab containing millimetric artificial cavities immersed in air, resulting in a discrepancy of 5.

In recent years, a new non-contact study method has been developed - anterior segment optical coherence tomography (AS-OCT), which allows the formation of three-dimensional images of the lens and provides more detailed information about its structure and morphology.
Purpose: This study uses optical coherence tomography method to analyze the risks of developing changes in the posterior lens capsule in patients after IVI of an anti-angiogenic drug.
