Rationale And Objectives: Individuals with autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease (ADPKD) can present with diverse renal and extra-renal manifestations. Large vessel anomalies, such as cerebral aneurysms, are potentially fatal extra-renal manifestations. However, limited research has been conducted on cerebral small vessel disease (CSVD).

The aim of this paper is to contextualize and review reporting guidelines available at the EQUATOR Network that are most relevant to radiology-specific investigations. Eight EQUATOR Network reporting guidelines for the clinical area of radiology, not including the subspecialized areas of imaging of the cardiovascular, neurologic, and oncologic diseases are reviewed and discussed. The reporting guidelines are for diagnostic and therapeutic clinical research.

Objectives: Ensuring aneurysm exclusion while maintaining vessel patency is crucial during intracranial aneurysm clipping. Although digital subtraction angiography (DSA) is the gold standard for intraoperative vascular imaging, some centers have reported using fluorescein sodium video angiography (FNa-VA). However, a synthesis of these findings is still lacking.

This study aimed to investigate the correlation of the increased volume index of epicardial adipose tissue (EAT) and left ventricular hypertrophy (LVH) in patients with Hypertension (HTN). A total of 209 HTN patients and 50 healthy controls, who underwent cardiovascular magnetic resonance (CMR) at two medical centers in China between June 2015 and October 2024, were enrolled for this study. Postprocessing and imaging analysis were conducted and EAT measurements were performed.

As the main inhibitory neurotransmission system, the GABAergic system poses an interesting yet underutilized target for molecular brain imaging. While PET imaging of postsynaptic GABAergic neurons has been accomplished using radiolabeled benzodiazepines targeting the GABA receptor, the development of presynaptic radioligands targeting GABA transporter 1 (GAT1) has been unsuccessful thus far. Therefore, we developed a novel GAT1-addressing radioligand and investigated its applicability as a PET tracer in rodents.
