There is a decreasing HIV care workforce in the United States, whereas the need for HIV care and prevention continues to increase. To better understand this issue, a quantitative, anonymous, one-time, self-administered survey was conducted. The survey was completed by 1,004 prescribing clinicians currently providing HIV-related health care.

This article focuses on the design of a mode- dependent adaptive event-triggered control (AETC) scheme for the stabilization of Markovian memristor-based reaction-diffusion neural networks (RDNNs). Different from the existing works with completely known transition probabilities, partly unknown transition probabilities (PUTPs) are considered here. The switching conditions and values of memristive connection weights are all correlated with Markovian jumping.

Direct acting antivirals provide a therapeutic option for HCV cure, however access to HCV specific care for PWHIV can be challenging. A paucity of specialist providers is a barrier to this care.
