Acute genital ulcers (AGU) have been associated with various pathogens, such as Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) and cytomegalovirus (CMV). However, cases of AGU associated with coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) are rare, and this disease significantly impairs human quality of life. In this case, we report a 37-year-old woman who presented with a five-day history of a painful genital ulcer and fever.

Background: Hypertrophy of the labia minora with clitoral hood redundancy always occurs simultaneously and should be considered in its entirety. This study investigated a new simultaneous procedure for the clitoral hood-labia minora complex (CLC) that retains the central neurovascular pedicle.
Methods: This retrospective observational study, conducted between January 2021 and August 2022, included 29 patients with labia minora hypertrophy and clitoral hood redundancy who underwent a surgery wherein procedures on the CLC were performed simultaneously.

The pine-wood invasive species nematode Bursaphelenchus xylophilus causes great forestry damage globally, particularly in Eurasia. B. xylophilus can hybridize with its native sibling, Bursaphelenchus mucronatus, with whom it shares an interestingly asymmetric mating behavior.

Background: Ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome (OHSS) is a serious life-threatening complication of infertility treatment. Vulvar edema is a disease with various causes and frequent phenomena seen in physiological and pathologic conditions like pregnancy, inflammatory disorders, tumors, idiopathic reasons, and most importantly, in the severe form of OHSS.
Case Presentation: Here, we report a 26-yr-old woman with severe OHSS, recombinant follicle-stimulating hormone therapy.

Background: Premature thelarche is the most common pubertal disorder in girls. The condition should be differentiated from central precocious puberty which may result in early epiphyseal fusion and reduced adult height, necessitating treatment.
Objectives: The purpose of this article is to familiarize physicians with the clinical manifestations of premature thelarche and laboratory tests that may help distinguish premature thelarche from central precocious puberty.
