Along with the development of miniaturization, integration, and high power of electronic chips in the 5G and artificial intelligence era and their urgent need for technologies enabled to solve high heat flux dissipation in limited space, investigating bioinspired extreme superwettability surfaces with high-efficiency condensation heat transfer (CHT) performance has attracted great interest in academic and industrial communities. Heteroprotein complex coacervation has potential for a wide range of applications. However, the sensitivity of coacervates to slight changes in physico-chemical conditions may constitute a technological barrier for their development and deserves to be better understood. In this study, the rheological properties of β-lactoglobulin/lactoferrin (βLG/LF) heteroprotein complex coacervates were investigated with respect to narrow changes of temperature (5-40 °C) and ionic strength (0 to 10 mM added NaCl).

This commentary explores a recent shift in British Columbia's drug policy under a novel drug "decriminalization" framework. We focus on the province's move toward "recriminalization" under this framework. In short, recriminalization was a shift in BC's drug decriminalization framework to only apply in private residences, and be removed from essentially all outdoor spaces.

This research delves into understanding the effects of composition on the rheological response of multi-component food inks for 3D food printing. Accordingly, the motivation is to decouple the nutrient and water content effects on the rheology. We formulated inks by combining pea fractions with water and employing a water-holding-capacity based hydration method.
