The study aims to explain the discourse of the collective subject of adult and elderly men about the experience of long COVID. Qualitative research, derived from a national multicenter clinical-virtual observatory involving 92 adult men, between 2022 and 2023 in Brazil. IRaMuTeQ software was used (data processing), the Collective Subject Discourse technique (analysis) and socio-anthropological references of the disease experience (interpretation).

This text explores Dana Birksted-Breen's notions of penis-as-link and negative and positive femininity, rooted in primitive mental and bodily states, in a dialogue between the manifestations of the biological body and their interpretation by the psyche in the construction of a sexed bodily mind. When the capacities for introjection have been impaired from an early stage, there is a great difficulty in representing and relating to a receptive internal space, hence to one's femininity, be it for a girl or a boy. This capacity for introjection in its relation to femininity plays a great part in the analytic capacity to display one's bodily receiver instrument as a sounding board for the analysand's unconscious.
View Article and Find Full Text PDFEven though Leydig cell tumor (LCT) represents the most common neoplasia among testicular sex cord-stromal tumors (SCSTs), it is a rare condition, comprising 1-2% of all testicular tumors, with a 10% risk of malignancy most commonly located in retroperitoneal lymph nodes. LCTs may demonstrate various clinical manifestations - from asymptomatic intratesticular swelling through nonspecific symptoms such as loss of libido, impotence or infertility, up to feminizing or virilizing syndromes due to hormonal activity of the tumor. This article presents a case of Leydig cell tumor that was associated with azoospermia what have rarely been reported worldwide.

Objective: Sexual assault perpetration is widespread among young men. According to the Confluence Model, hostile masculinity and impersonal sex are trait-level factors associated with sexual assault perpetration likelihood. Additionally, state-level factors, including alcohol intoxication, current emotions, and ability to modulate one's emotions, have been tied to sexual assault perpetration via the I3 Model.

Judgments of attractiveness have many important social outcomes, highlighting the need to understand how people form these judgments. One aspect of appearance that impacts perceptions of attractiveness is facial femininity/masculinity (sexual dimorphism). However, extant research has focused primarily on White, Western, heterosexual participants' preferences for femininity/masculinity in White faces, limiting generalizability.
