Esophageal cancer is a common and often deadly malignancy, with treatment success depending largely on the stage at the time of diagnosis. Recently, studies have examined the role of non-coding RNAs in esophageal cancer pathogenesis, prognosis and therapy. This perspective specifically examines interactions long non-coding RNAs have with other RNA molecules in various facets of esophageal cancer.

Trainees frequently present data, including vital signs, laboratory test results, and imaging results, just after the history or presenting illness in a section labeled "ED Course." This practice distracts from the history and physical and decenters the patient as the most valuable source of diagnostic data. Reformatting presentations to appropriately present objective data after the complete history may improve diagnosis and refocuses attention on the patient.

Carcinosarcoma (CS), also known as metaplastic breast carcinoma with mesenchymal differentiation, is one of the five distinct subtypes of metaplastic breast cancer. It is considered as a mixed, biphasic neoplasm consisting of a carcinomatous component combined with a malignant nonepithelial element of mesenchymal origin without an intermediate transition zone. Although cellular origin of this neoplasm remains controversial, most researchers declare that neoplastic cells derive from a cellular structure with potential biphasic differentiation.

Attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is considered a neurodevelopment and psychiatric disorder in childhood.
