[Disorders of the pancreas, liver and bile ducts in patients with ulcer disease].

Data on the state of the pancreato-biliary system in 563 patients with ulcerous disease are analysed. The incidence of clinically pronounced lesions of the pancreatobiliary system in ulcerous disease was 26.7%. Some years following the Billroth-II gastrectomy diseases of the pancreato-biliary system were diagnosed in 35% of patients under investigation.
