Aneurysm of the sinus of Valsalva (ASV) is a rare cardiac disease that may be acquired or congenital. It is usually an asymptomatic condition; however, when it ruptures, symptoms appear and the condition deteriorates rapidly. Atrial septal aneurysm (ASA) is a localized "saccular" deformity of the interatrial septum that is associated with cerebrovascular events of embolic origin. We will report on a case of a 69-year-old woman who was referred to our department because of congestive heart failure. Echocardiographic evaluation, both transthoracic and transesophageal, disclosed a ruptured aneurysm of the right sinus of Valsalva into the right atrium (RA), which was associated with an aneurysm of the atrial septum.

Background: Intravascular injection of liquid adhesive hemostats is a rare but serious complication that can result in cerebral thromboembolism.
Observations: A 64-year-old female underwent orbitozygomatic craniotomy for posterior communicating artery aneurysm clipping with the routine use of a flowable hemostatic agent during extradural dissection. After placement of the aneurysm clip, flow was confirmed through the parent vessel and nearby branches.

Background: Atrial tachycardia (AT) originate from the atrial appendage present unique clinical challenges in pediatrics. It is typically persistent, frequently leading to tachycardiomyopathy, and poses significant treatment difficulties.
Objectives: This study aimed to collate and analyze the clinical characteristics and therapeutic outcomes of radiofrequency ablation (RFCA) and with atrial appendage resection for the treatment of AT originating from the atrial appendages in pediatric patients.

We report a rare case of a missed intracavernous internal carotid artery dissecting aneurysm occurring as a complication of the base of skull fracture with severe brain injury causing acute cavernous sinus syndrome with permanent vision loss. A 31-year-old Myanmar lady had an alleged motor vehicle accident and suffered severe traumatic brain injury with multiple intracranial bleeds, multiple facial bone and base of skull fractures, and limb fractures. At one week post-trauma, she had severe right eye proptosis with vision loss, ophthalmoplegia, chemosis, and high intraocular pressure.
