Neonatal adrenal hemorrhage is a rare condition with various risk factors in the pediatric population. Adrenal hemorrhage commonly affects the right side in about 70% of the cases and bilateral in about 10%. It is usually asymptomatic but can cause adrenal insufficiency and sudden death.

Objectives: Advancements in technology have spurred a transformative shift in medical education, with virtual reality (VR) emerging as a powerful tool for enhancing the learning experience. This study analyses the publications of VR in medical education, focusing on differences within different medical specialties.
Design: Using specific search terms, all studies published on VR in medical education listed in the Web of Science databases were included.
Lipoblastoma is a rare fatty tumor that can uncommonly arise in the presacral space. When the lesions attain sufficient size, they can cause a multitude of infiltrative and obstructive symptoms. In this report, we present the case of a 1-year-old infant who presented with recurrent urinary retention for 4 months due to a large presacral lipoblastoma, which was successfully resected.

Anaplastic pleomorphic xanthoastrocytoma (PXA) is a rare, aggressive WHO grade III tumor that primarily affects children and young adults. Despite surgery being the primary treatment, achieving complete tumor removal is often difficult due to its infiltrative nature, necessitating additional therapies like proton beam therapy (PBT). PBT, known for its precision in targeting tumors while minimizing damage to surrounding healthy tissue, has shown promise in treating malignant gliomas.
