This article is an update of a previous analysis of retirement planning software. In this updated analysis, the author uses data from the 1995 Survey of Consumer Finances along with statistical analysis of retirement software to examine whether consumers who follow the software retirement saving parameters are saving enough for retirement.

Background: The effects of physical activity (PA) across different domains and intensities on depressive symptoms remain inconclusive. Incorporating the community-built environment (CBE) into longitudinal analyses of PA's impact on depressive symptoms is crucial.
Objective: This study aims to examine the effects of PA at different intensities-low-intensity PA (eg, walking activities) and moderate-to-vigorous-intensity PA (eg, activities requiring substantial effort and causing faster breathing or shortness of breath)-across leisure-time and occupational domains on depressive symptom trajectories among middle-aged and older adults.

Background: Despite the critical role of health literacy in utilizing palliative care and engaging in advance care planning, limited research exists on the determinants of end-of-life health literacy. This study investigates the association between individuals' experiences with end-of-life care support to relatives and their end-of-life health literacy among a population-based sample of adults aged 58 and older.
Method: We used data from 1,548 respondents in Switzerland to Wave 8 (2019/2020) of the Survey on Health, Ageing, and Retirement in Europe.
