This work presents concepts and practices linked to mental health in the Tupinambá Indigenous community of Serra do Padeiro in southern Bahia, Brazil. This qualitative cartographic research mapped existing processes and relationships in the Tupinambá territory. Data production techniques were participant observation, semi-structured interviews, field diary, and bibliographic studies.

Background: Clinical guidelines rely on sound evidence to underpin recommendations for patient care. Compromised research integrity can erode public trust and the credibility of the scientific enterprise, with potential harm to patients. Despite increased recognition of integrity concerns in scientific literature, there are no processes or guidance for incorporating integrity assessments into evidence-based guideline development or evidence synthesis more broadly.

The paper holds that housing quality includes important aspects of health, wellbeing and security, sociality, accessibility of services and facilities, space for leisure activities, central location, cultural heritage and aesthetics that support identity and place belonging. The study focuses on a new form of supported tenancy; tenancy with a referral agreement (tilvisingsavtale).
