We present the early results of 142 uncemented femoral stem revisions using the modular MRP-Titan system. There were 70 cases with marked preoperative femoral bone defects (Paprosky type 2C and type 3); and bone grafts were used in 31 cases. At a mean follow-up of 2.3 years five cases were re-revised due to dislocation and two due to aseptic loosening. The mean Harris hip score improved from 37.4 preoperatively to 92.4. In 122 cases progressive bone regeneration on X-ray was seen; and no further osteolysis was observed.

Fibrous dysplasia (FD) is a benign tumor condition in which normal bone is replaced by structurally deficient fibrous lamellar bone. It represents approximately 5-7% of benign bone tumors and occurs in two presentations: monostotic, which is the most common, and polyostotic. The proximal femur is one of the most common locations for benign tumors, including FD.

Objective: We present our experience with endovascular Bentall procedure (Endo-Bentall) using a modular valve conduit (Endo-Bentall) in high-risk patients with aortic root pathologies.
Methods: The physician constructed Endo-Bentall device is composed of a self-expanding transcatheter aortic valve (TAVR), aortic endovascular stent graft (TEVAR), and two wire-reinforced fenestrations for coronary artery stenting. The TAVR valve is sutured into an appropriately sized TEVAR graft.

Background: Dual mobility (DM) implants in total hip arthroplasty provide excellent range of motion with low dislocation rates. A complication of this design is intraprosthetic dislocation (IPD), where the polyethylene (PE) liner dissociates from the femoral head. In older designs, IPD occurred due to a small head size and late PE wear with head-capture-mechanism failure.

Objective To determine the outcomes of cemented modular bipolar hemiarthroplasty for displaced femoral neck fractures in the elderly. Methodology This prospective study involved 102 elderly patients with clinically and radiologically confirmed displaced femoral neck fractures and was conducted in the Department of Trauma and Orthopedic Surgery, Unit-1, Services Hospital, Lahore. Cemented bipolar hemiarthroplasty was performed on all patients.
