The change of contents of cyclic nucleotides (cAMP and cGMP) in lymphocyte chromatin of rats blood under norm and after X-ray irradiating in doses 0.5; 1 and 7.76 Gy was established. As well the change of correlation of the concentration of cAMP and cGMP in analysis in 1, 6, 12, 24 and 48 h after irradiating of animals by X-ray in different dose intensivity were shown.
