Intraductal papillary neoplasm of the bile duct (IPNB) is a precursor lesion to biliary tract carcinoma. It is characterised by papillary growth within the bile ducts. The diagnosis and management of IPNB are challenging due to its varying presentations and overlapping features with other biliary diseases.

Pembrolizumab is not free from side effects, a rare one of which is hypocorticism. Here we present a patient with pembrolizumab-induced hypocorticism manifested by a cerebrovascular event.

Background: Postoperative nausea and vomiting (PONV) are common complications following general anesthesia, particularly in gynecological laparoscopic surgeries. This study aims to evaluate the effect of intraoperative noise isolation on PONV incidence.
Method: This single-center, prospective, randomized controlled trial will enroll 192 adult patients undergoing laparoscopic gynecological surgery.

Objective: Cheek acupuncture, a recently established microneedle therapy, has been proven to effectively reduce pain, but its potential antiemetic effects remain unconfirmed. Thus, This study aimed to compare the antiemetic efficacy of cheek acupuncture with ondansetron and evaluate the cumulative effect in patients undergoing laparoscopic gynecological surgery.

Introduction And Importance: More needs to be understood concerning the natural progression and visual attributes of intracholecystic papillary neoplasm. Its longevity, especially the rate at which it transitions from benign to malignant growths, remains ambiguous. Consequently, it is imperative to elucidate the intrinsic progression of this precancerous lesion in the gallbladder.
