Background: Students' psychological wellness is one of the key elements that improve their well-being and shape their academic progress in the realm of language learning. Among various strategies, physical exercise emerges as an effective approach, allowing learners to manage their emotions considerably.
Methods: Employing a quasi-experimental research design, this study examines the impact of a three-month physical running exercise intervention on emotional regulation behaviors among L1 (Arabic language) and L2 (English as a foreign language learning) students.

Contaminants are a major cause of seafood export rejections in foreign markets and have significantly impacted consumer health. This investigation addresses the issues of metal contamination and biochemical markers in Litopenaeus vannamei from East Midnapore, West Bengal, India. The analyzed metals included vanadium (V), chromium (Cr), manganese (Mn), cobalt (Co), nickel (Ni), copper (Cu), zinc (Zn), molybdenum (Mo), silver (Ag), gallium (Ga), germanium (Ge), arsenic (As), selenium (Se), strontium (Sr), tin (Sn), cadmium (Cd), mercury (Hg), and lead (Pb), using Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry (ICP-MS).

Franco Basaglia's work is the cornerstone of the radical psychiatric movement in Italy. This culminated in the "Basaglia Law" of 1978, which aimed to abolish closed psychiatric institutions.
