This paper describes a short-term, supportive intervention group, the "Neighborhood Club," designed to assist children with the psychological impact of exposure to urban violence. It addresses the void of therapeutic work attending to poor children's chronic exposure to community violence. Theoretical and clinical rationales for this intervention are discussed, and illustrations from ten school-based groups are offered.

Aims: Crovalimab is a novel C5 inhibitor administered first intravenously and then subcutaneously in patients with paroxysmal nocturnal haemoglobinuria (PNH) naive to complement inhibition or switching from eculizumab or ravulizumab. Crovalimab showed efficacy and safety comparable to eculizumab in the pivotal COMMODORE 2 and supporting studies.
Methods: We characterized crovalimab pharmacokinetics and the relationship between exposure pharmacokinetic parameters and pharmacodynamic biomarkers, efficacy and safety endpoints using pooled data (healthy volunteers [n = 9], naive [n = 210] and switched [n = 211] patients).

Objective: To explore the mediating pathway of cognitive flexibility in the relationship between physical activity and depressive symptoms among university students.
Methods: A cross-sectional design was used to survey 2537 university students using the Physical Activity Rating Scale-3, Patients' Health Questionnaire, and Cognitive Flexibility Inventory. Data analysis was conducted using independent samples t-test, chi-square test, correlation analysis, one-way ANOVA, and mediation analysis.
