An evaluation of automated low-speed handpiece preparation of canals was made by a silicone injection technique. These preparations were compared and rated with canals prepared by conventional hand instrumentation. Canals were graded on the criteria of shape, smoothness, elimation of morphologic aberrations, and apical preparations. Conventional hand istrumentation proved to be superior and required approximately the same amount of time as automated ins-rumentation in this vitro study.

This research examines the factor structure and psychometric properties of two well-known Dark Triad personality trait questionnaires: the Short Dark Triad (SD3) and the Dirty Dozen (DD). By analyzing data from 11 (SD3) and 5 (DD) carefully selected studies in the United States and Canada, this meta-analysis uncovers unexpected correlations among questionnaire items, challenging existing assumptions. The study employs a two-stage structural equation modeling approach to evaluate various measurement models.

T-cell lymphomas (TCLs) are heterogeneous malignancies with limited treatment options and poor outcomes. The efficacy of traditional T-cell therapies, including chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T cells, is often constrained by immunosuppressive factors and the tumor microenvironment. On the other hand, although direct Granzyme B (GrB) administration can effectively induce tumor cell apoptosis, it lacks universal tumor targeting and efficient cellular entry mechanisms.
