Objective: Berry syndrome is a group of rare congenital cardiac malformations including aortopulmonary window (APW), aortic origin of the right pulmonary artery (AORPA), interruption of the aortic arch (IAA), patent ductus arteriosus (PDA) (supplying the descending aorta) and intact ventricular septum. This paper will analyze the clinical data of 7 patients with Berry syndrome who underwent surgical treatment in our institution and discuss the one-stage surgical correction of Berry syndrome in combination with the literature.

Materials And Methods: Two groups of patients with classical ToF were formed. Group 1 (n = 25; median age = 72 days) was initially represented by children with ToF with a more severe clinical status (median weight = 3.

Introduction: Concealed penis is a congenital anomaly that affects not only the appearance but also the function of the external genitalia in the male sex. Different surgical methods have been proposed to correct this disorder, including removal of the previous scar, penile shaft, penile trunk skin reconstruction with flap, penile skin fixation in penopubic and penoscrotal angles, and removal of extra pubic fat. In this study, we will discuss the results of definitive surgery in one stage using autogenous skin grafts and examine the details of this technique.

Background: Extensive studies examined coronal imbalance (CIB) in adolescent and adult degenerative scoliosis; however, few studies addresses on CIB in adult with severe rigid scoliosis (SRS). Therefore, we analyzed postoperative SRS patients to identify factors associated with postoperative CIB.
Methods: In this retrospective study, we investigated SRS patients undergoing one-stage posterior column osteotomy (PCO) and fusion at our hospital between August 2012 and January 2019.
