A scheme for morphologic analysis of bone marrow puncture biopsy specimens, order of operations, description of the specimen and its composition by hemopoiesis stems, and order and variants of description of the morphology of unidentified cells are proposed. The paper is recommended as a methodological guide for clinical laboratory diagnosis and a base for designing computer program.
