The controversy surrounding clinical observations and double-blind studies on homeopathic treatments is lessened when modern dynamical systems analysis is applied to high-dilution therapies. The logic of recurrent feedback loops, which applies to all dynamical network systems, inexorably leads to the systemic memory hypothesis - that complex patterns of emergent information and energy are stored to various degrees in physical, chemical, and biological systems. The addition of resonance, a dynamic pattern recognition process, explains many classic observations using high-dilution therapies. The systemic memory resonance hypothesis potentially provides a plausible biophysical mechanism for explaining not only how high-dilution therapies contribute to healing, but by extension, how information and energy in low-dilution and chemical therapies contribute to healing as well.

Fixed drug eruption (FDE) is a type of drug-induced skin inflammation characterized by the recurrence of lesions in the same region following repeated exposure to the causative drug. FDE typically presents as localized spots or plaques without systemic symptoms; however, it can manifest in other forms, such as blisters and papules. In FDE, effector memory CD8-positive T cells that remain dormant in the basal layer after a previous inflammation are reactivated upon re-exposure to the causative drug, leading to the development of erythema at the same sites.

Unlabelled: Sarcoidosis is a multisystemic syndrome characterized by non-caseous granulomatous inflammation, although necrotizing sarcoid granulomatosis is considered part of the spectrum of the disease. Drug induced sarcoidosis-like reaction (DISR) is a systemic granulomatous reaction, which is histopathologically identical to primary sarcoidosis - mostly described after the use of biologics like tumour necrosis factor alpha antagonists but also anti-CD20 (rituximab). The authors present the very rare case of a woman with a primary Sjögren's syndrome (pSS) started on rituximab for disease control, which evolved with a 3-year indolent progressive systemic sarcoid reaction.
