Bilateral synchronous testicular lymphoma is an uncommon presentation of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. A young man with non-Hodgkin's lymphoma of both testes synchronously is described here. He underwent bilateral orchiectomy, received chemotherapy, and was in complete remission when there was a relapse in the kidneys. Salvage chemotherapy was given. The patient developed progression of the residual lesion subsequently and was started on palliation with chlorambucil and prednisolone. He was alive at 34 months after diagnosis with disease.

Background: Pheochromocytoma is a rare neuroendocrine tumor, and bilateral pheochromocytomas is even less common. Due to the limited experience with such cases, this study aims to explore the optimal surgical strategy, assess the potential advantages of robotic surgery, and evaluate surgical outcomes for managing bilateral pheochromocytomas.
Case Description: This report presented a case of a 33-year-old woman with bilateral pheochromocytomas related to multiple endocrine neoplasia type 2a (MEN2A), who was successfully managed by synchronous transperitoneal robotic-assisted bilateral cortical-sparing adrenalectomy.

Nonconvulsive status epilepticus (NCSE) was initially described in patients with typical and atypical absence status epilepticus (ASE) characterized by states of confusion varying in severity and in focal epilepsies with or without alteration of consciousness. Continuous EEG monitoring of critically ill patients has further refined the classification of NCSE into two main categories: with coma and without coma. Hypnotic, soporific or somniferous epileptic seizures do not exist.

Dynamic digital radiography (DDR) is a recent imaging technique that allows for real-time visualization of thoracic and pulmonary movement in synchronization with the breathing cycle, providing useful clinical information. A 46-year-old male, a former smoker, was evaluated for unexplained dyspnea and reduced exercise tolerance. His medical history included a SARS-CoV-2 infection in 2021.

Intrarenal hemangiomas lack concise clinicopathologic information, due to the predominance of single case reports and inclusion of other vascular neoplasms and hemangiomas of perirenal, hilar, and renal vein origin. Herein, in this multi-institutional study we evaluate clinicopathologic features of 39 intrarenal hemangiomas. The median age was 62 years (range = 27-94 years; 2:1 male to female ratio), with left-sided predominance (left = 21, right = 13; one case was bilateral).
