Bacteria have the potential to exhibit divergent stereochemical preferences for different levels of chiral structures, including from molecule, supramolecule, to nanomicroscale helical structure. Accordingly, the structure-activity relationship between chirality and bactericidal activity remains uncertain. In this study, we seek to understand the multivalent molecular chirality effect of chiral supramolecular polymers on antibacterial activity.

This paper presents a COMSOL-based model designed to optimize external light-concentrating structures for FAs, with its accuracy validated through both qualitative and quantitative comparisons. Leveraging refractive index modulation and the conservation of optical étendue, two distinct light-concentrating structures are developed.

By adaptively optimizing the length of the acquired spectrum and dynamically adjusting the frequency domain resolution, the proposed scheme can precisely calculate the eigenfrequency of the reflected spectrum. Therefore, the adaptive FFT demodulation scheme can effectively enhance the extraction ability of phase quadrature demodulation signal.

Due to the high resolution and high sensitivity of DAS, it has great application potential in the detection of vibration events. However, high detection performance will bring limitations to DAS in multi-source detection.

However, Si-SPADs suffer from afterpulse miscounts. The superconducting nanowire single-photon detector (SNSPD) exhibits high QE and negligible rate of afterpulse miscounts.
