Future efforts towards Mars exploration should include a discussion about the effects that the strict application of Planetary Protection policies is having on the astrobiological exploration of Mars, which is resulting in a continued delay in the search for Martian life. As proactive steps in the path forward, here we propose advances in three areas. First, we suggest that a redefinition of Planetary Protection and Special Regions is required for the case of Mars.

Objectives: Research questions about how and why health trends differ between populations require decisions about data analytic procedure. The objective was to document and compare the information returned from stratified, fixed effect and random effect approaches to data modelling for two prototypical descriptive research questions about comparative trends in toothbrushing.
Methods: Data included five cycles of the Health Behaviour in School-aged Children 2006 to 2022, which provided a sample of 980192 11- to 15- year olds from 35 countries.

This is a case of a young, 20-year-old, male Navy recruit who was admitted to our healthcare facility with intermittent atypical chest pain and limiting exertional symptoms and was diagnosed with myocardial bridging (MB) as the most likely etiology of his chest after the complete cardiac workup, leading to his career limitations due to potential risks. Our patient presented with atypical chest pain and limiting exertional symptoms. Chest pain was non-radiating.

Background And Aim: One third of patients with colorectal cancer (CRC) undergoing chemotherapy develop serious adverse effects. The aim was to monitor toxicities, evaluate quality of life and the usefulness of the EMMA Salud mobile App in these patients.
Patients And Methods: Prospective single-center study including patients with CRC who started fluoropyrimidine-based chemotherapy treatment between 02/2022 and 02/2023.
