Objectives: Brand love is a crucial construct in marketing strategies. Building brand love can generate stable profits for enterprises. Although the marketing literature points out that aesthetic factors contribute to establishing the relationship as a trigger, to what stage of the relationship do they influence the minds of consumers? The present study attempts to reveal the involvement of aesthetic experiences in brand love developmental dynamics.

Background: Anti-citrullinated peptide antibodies (ACPA)-negative (ACPA-) rheumatoid arthritis (RA) presents significant diagnostic and therapeutic challenges due to the absence of specific biomarkers, underscoring the need to elucidate its distinctive cellular and metabolic profiles for more targeted interventions.
Methods: Single-cell RNA sequencing data from peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) and synovial tissues of patients with ACPA- and ACPA+ RA, as well as healthy controls, were analyzed. Immune cell populations were classified based on clustering and marker gene expression, with pseudotime trajectory analysis, weighted gene co-expression network analysis (WGCNA), and transcription factor network inference providing further insights.

The construction of transportation infrastructure lines alters the natural terrain, leading to uneven redistribution of snow under the influence of snow-drifting, which can compromise road safety. With the ongoing expansion of transportation networks in cold regions, transportation engineers are increasingly focusing on snow-drifting phenomena and the associated disasters. This study, based on a GIS platform, conducts a case study of a transport infrastructure project in Xinjiang to analyze the geographical and environmental conditions along the route.

Introduction: Current brain-based visual prostheses pose significant challenges impeding adoption such as the necessarily complex surgeries and occurrence of more substantial side effects due to the sensitivity of the brain. This has led to much effort toward vision restoration being focused on the more approachable part of the brain - the retina. Here we introduce a novel, parameterized simulation platform that enables study of human retinal degeneration and optimization of stimulation strategies.

Temporal Multi-Modal Knowledge Graphs (TMMKGs) can be regarded as a synthesis of Temporal Knowledge Graphs (TKGs) and Multi-Modal Knowledge Graphs (MMKGs), combining the characteristics of both. TMMKGs can effectively model dynamic real-world phenomena, particularly in scenarios involving multiple heterogeneous information sources and time series characteristics, such as e-commerce websites, scene recording data, and intelligent transportation systems. We propose a Temporal Multi-Modal Knowledge Graph Generation (TMMKGG) method that can automatically construct TMMKGs, aiming to reduce construction costs.
