This paper presents the hypothesis that the mentally ill (and impaired) can be successfully and permanently restored to the general job market, if a given region provides specific functions and institutions and develops styles and structures of interaction that take into account the specific needs of persons with psychosis. Twelve hypotheses are presented as to which factors enhance the chances of successful and long-term job-integration. The concept presented here appears to draw its advantage over others from its strictly regional as well as its interactionally oriented approach.

Aim: While most splenic ruptures manifest as immediate hemorrhage, a minority of patients experience delayed rupture, which occurs days to weeks after the initial trauma. Although there have been reports of delayed splenic rupture following trauma, the exact pathophysiology of this condition and the appropriate treatment remain contentious. This article aims to further discuss and summarize the diagnosis and treatment protocols for delayed traumatic rupture of the spleen through the collection and analysis of existing clinical data, combined with previous literature.

Introduction: Antinuclear antibodies (ANA) exhibit diverse specificities and are crucial biomarkers in autoimmune disease assessment. Among ANA, anti-centromere protein-F (CENP-F) antibodies have garnered interest due to their association with malignancies. This study aims to characterize the clinical and biological profiles of a large cohort of anti-CENP-F positive patients and evaluate associated diagnoses.

Background: EGFR exon 19 insertions (EGFRex19ins) are rare EGFR mutations. Their clinical-genomic characteristics and outcomes with EGFR-tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKIs) remain uncertain.
Methods: We evaluated the clinical-genomic characteristics and outcomes of EGFR-TKIs for EGFRex19ins in the multi-institutional prospective lung cancer genomic screening project (LC-SCRUM-Asia).

Background And Objectives: Extended follow-up data from real-world cohorts of patients with multiple sclerosis treated with ocrelizumab (OCR) are becoming widely available. This monocentric retrospective study aimed to evaluate the long-term effectiveness of OCR and its impact on immunoglobulin (Ig) levels, lymphocyte subsets, and infections in a cohort of patients with relapsing remitting, primary progressive, and secondary progressive multiple sclerosis.
Methods: Patients followed at the Multiple Sclerosis Center of Bari with ≥ 2 years of OCR treatment were retrospectively recruited in 2024.
