Different variants of distribution of human face skin arteries were studied in 104 preparations obtained from people of different age groups (newborns, children, adults). The complex of morphological research methods was used. The blood supply sources of various face regions were described, as well as the anastomoses between facial, occipital and superficial temporal arteries. The character of the upper cleft lip arterial distribution and the distribution of capillary loops in various skin layers was determined. The age peculiarities of arterial vessels in different regions of face skin were described.

Scleromyxedema (SM) is a rare primary cutaneous mucinosis characterized by systemic papules and scleroderma-like manifestations, often associated with monoclonal gammopathy. We present the case of a 37-year-old male with SM who developed yellowish plaques on the neck and back over three years. Histopathological examination revealed mucin deposition, fibroblast proliferation, and fibrosis, supporting the diagnosis.
