Purpose: Ovarian-Adnexal Reporting and Data System (O-RADS) US provides a standardized lexicon for ovarian and adnexal lesions, facilitating risk stratification based on morphological features for malignancy assessment, which is essential for proper management. However, systematic determination of inter-reader reliability in O-RADS US categorization remains unexplored. This study aimed to systematically determine the inter-reader reliability of O-RADS US categorization and identify the factors that affect it.

Actin, a ubiquitous and highly conserved cytoskeletal protein, plays a pivotal role in various cellular functions such as structural support, facilitating cell motility, and contributing to the dynamic processes of synaptic function. Apart from its established role in inducing morphological changes, recent developments in the field indicate an active involvement of actin in modulating both the structure and function of pre- and postsynaptic terminals. Within the presynapse, it is involved in the organization and trafficking of synaptic vesicles, contributing to neurotransmitter release.

High-performance flexible pressure sensors are crucial for applications such as wearable electronics, interactive systems, and healthcare technologies. Among these, iontronic pressure sensors have garnered particular attention due to their superior sensitivity, enabled by the giant capacitance variation of the electric double layer (EDL) at the ionic-electronic interface under deformation. Key advancements, such as incorporating microstructures into ionic layers and employing diverse materials, have significantly improved sensor properties like sensitivity, accuracy, stability, and response time.

Background: Besides tumorous information, synergistic liver parenchyma assessments may provide additional insights into the prognosis of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). This study aimed to investigate whether 3D synergistic tumor-liver analysis could improve the prediction accuracy for HCC prognosis.
Methods: A total of 422 HCC patients from six centers were included.

Purpose: To evaluate current MRI-based criteria for malignancy in mesorectal nodal structures in rectal cancer.
Method: Mesorectal nodal structures identified on baseline MRI as lymph nodes were anatomically compared to their corresponding structures histopathologically, reported as lymph nodes, tumour deposits or extramural venous invasion. All anatomically matched nodal structures from patients with primary surgery and all malignant nodal structures from patients with neoadjuvant treatment were included.
