The paper proposes a variant how to solve the problem of complex automation of the work of antituberculous service by using the concept of building up a multilevel automatic informational and analytical system of antituberculous service at the regional level developed at the regional level. The programme product "statistical phthisiologist AMP" for the lower level of the area (urban) antituberculous dispensary which has been developed within this project is given.

Most of the drugs that we use in our everyday clinic cause ocular side effects or toxicity, depending on the drug duration and dose. Eye care physicians should be familiar with any possible ocular side effects linked to these medications, which could save the physicians' time to determine the diagnosis of the ocular irritation or toxicity. Not all medications are listed in this review, but we did go over the most common systemic medications based on our experience seeing patients in our everyday clinic.

This case is relevant for describing a rare presentation of intestinal tuberculosis with perianal manifestations, complicated by abscesses and recurrent fistulas. The clinical manifestations mimicked Crohn's disease and other inflammatory conditions, making the diagnosis challenging and requiring a differentiated and meticulous diagnostic process.
