Nephrology nurses working in hemodialysis units face unique challenges managing multiple patients - an experience often contributing to higher levels of burnout and stress, and potentially lower job satisfaction and retention rates, exacerbating the existing nursing shortage in dialysis settings. Targeted strategies are essential to improve job satisfaction. In this study, we explored the relationship between emotional intelligence and job satisfaction among nephrology nurses working in acute and chronic hemodialysis settings.

Background: Spinal stenosis refers to the narrowing of the spinal canal which can generate clinical symptoms secondary to the spinal cord injury itself, or even root involvement. The traditional open surgical procedure to correct spinal stenosis is highly traumatic and risky, and with the development of surgical techniques, endoscopic procedures have been widely used in treating said stenosis, achieving good results with minimally invasive management.
Aim: To conduct a literature review regarding endoscopic techniques for correcting spinal stenosis.

This study evaluated how healthy lifestyle motivators (MHLs) influence the Peruvian market's willingness to consume healthy food (WCHBF). The main objective was to analyze the relationship of variables, such as attitude (ATT), perceived behavioral control (PBC), self-identity (SI), and moral norms (MN) with the WCHBF. This study adopted a quantitative, non-experimental, and cross-sectional approach, using a self-administered questionnaire for data collection.
