The authors revealed age-and sex-matched differences in physical efficiency and in functional cardiovascular state of individuals aged 15-17 years according to functional and ergometric studies. The findings are dependence between successful mastering of manual occupation and physical performance in teenagers. To conduct occupational selection, the authors suggested classification of teenagers' functional state in accordance with their age and sex.
