P.L. 93-641, the National Health Planning and Resources Development Act, specifies that health planning focus on health status as well as cost containment. It also specifies the integration of technical analysis with public involvement and political decision making. This paper suggests one planning process which can embody these difficult concepts. The process can be visualized as a series of four Decision Points at which the Governing Body of a Health Systems Agency takes action. Each Decision Point is supported by a staff Analysis which provides the decision makers with the best possible information about the area's health status and health system.

Retinal image registration is essential for monitoring eye diseases and planning treatments, yet it remains challenging due to large deformations, minimal overlap, and varying image quality. To address these challenges, we propose RetinaRegNet, a multi-stage image registration model with zero-shot generalizability across multiple retinal imaging modalities. RetinaRegNet begins by extracting image features using a pretrained latent diffusion model.

Introduction: It is known that the stability of the results obtained with orthodontic treatment depends, in addition to the functional and aesthetic aspects, also on the adequate planning of the retention devices, the patient's compliance with this new phase, and the physiological changes that the human body experiences over the years, throughout the craniofacial aging process.
Objective: This article discusses the importance of the orthodontic retention phase and the influence of diagnosis, planning and execution of corrective treatment of malocclusions, in order to achieve the expected success.
Methods: Throughout the text, different types of retainers and approaches during this phase will be presented, with the aim of ensuring the stability of the results obtained after correcting problems in the vertical, transverse and anteroposterior directions.
