Rationale & Objective: Valid measures of side effects are important to inform clinical use of calcineurin inhibitors (CNIs). This study sought to develop and establish the content validity of a PRO measure to capture side effects among kidney transplant recipients taking CNIs.

We aimed to evaluate the quality of life, activity impairment and overall work productivity impairment among patients in LLDAS. Residual disease burden was also evaluated for patients in LLDAS.

Background: Glenoid bone loss presents a complex challenge in the management of patients with glenohumeral osteoarthritis (GHOA) undergoing Reverse Shoulder Arthroplasty (RSA). Eccentric reaming and bone grafting have been utilized to address this issue but are associated with their own set of challenges. This study explores the effectiveness of augmented glenoid baseplate RSA in addressing glenoid bone loss.

To this end, statistical downscaling is gaining interest as a potential strategy for integrating high-resolution climate information obtained through dynamical downscaling over limited years, providing a clear understanding of the gains and losses in combining dynamical and statistical downscaling. In this regard, several questions can be raised: (i) what is the performance of statistical downscaling, assuming dynamical downscaling as a reference over a shared time window; (ii) how much the performance of statistical downscaling is affected by changes in the number of years available for training; (iii) how does the climate normal considered for the training affect the predictions.

Objectives: This study evaluated the clinical utility of the Patient-Reported Outcomes Measurement Information System (PROMIS) by comparing it with objective clinical data and validated health-related quality of life (HRQOL) measures in pediatric Crohn's disease (CD) patients.
Study Design: Cross-sectional study. Pediatric CD patients (aged 8-17 years) were enrolled prospectively over eight months from an outpatient pediatric gastroenterology center.
