This study evaluated the effects of a critical reflection program utilizing the Lasater Clinical Judgment Rubric (LCJR) reflective questions based on the Clinical Judgment Model (CJM) on newly graduated nurses' clinical judgment skills. A total of 153 newly graduated nurses scheduled for on-site training in a ward nursing unit were divided into a control group (receiving only the usual on-site training with preceptorship) and an experimental group (receiving the developed program with the same on-site training with preceptorship as the control group). Data were collected at baseline, 6 weeks, and 3 months after the intervention.

Background: The neuroanatomical basis of white matter fiber tracts in gait impairments in individuals suffering from Parkinson's Disease (PD) is unclear.
Methods: Twenty-four individuals living with PD and 29 Healthy Controls (HCs) were included. For each participant, two-shell High Angular Resolution Diffusion Imaging (HARDI) and high-resolution 3D structural images were acquired using the 3T MRI.

Background: Gastric cancer (GC) is a prevalent malignancy with a substantial health burden and high mortality rate, despite advances in prevention, early detection, and treatment. Compared with the global average, Asia, notably China, reports disproportionately high GC incidences. The disease often progresses asymptomatically in the early stages, leading to delayed diagnosis and compromised outcomes.

Background: Early clinical outcomes data for adjunctive systemic sirolimus therapy (SST) for moderate to severe pediatric pulmonary vein stenosis (PVS) are promising but limited.
Objectives: The authors aimed to characterize a cohort of patients treated with SST to determine if SST was associated with a reduction in frequency of PVS interventions.
Methods: Medical records of 45 patients with PVS treated with SST for ≥1 month from 2015 to 2022 were retrospectively reviewed.

Introduction: Regulatory problems of eating, sleeping, and crying in infancy may index mental health vulnerability in older ages, and knowledge is needed to inform strategies to break the developmental trajectories of dysregulation in early childhood. In this study, we examined the prospective associations between infant regulatory problems at the age of 8-10 months identified by community health nurses (CHN) and mental disorders diagnosed in hospital settings in children aged 1-8 years.
Methods: From a cohort of all newborn children in 15 municipalities in the Capital Region of Copenhagen ( = 43,922) we included all children who were examined by CHNs at the scheduled home visit at the age of 8-10 months ( = 36,338).
