A potentially promising approach to targeted cancer prevention in genetically at-risk populations is the pharmacological upregulation of DNA repair pathways. SMUG1 is a base excision repair enzyme that ameliorates adverse genotoxic and mutagenic effects of hydrolytic and oxidative damage to pyrimidines. Here we describe the discovery and initial cellular activity of a small-molecule activator of SMUG1.

During the iterative process of the progressive iterative approximation, it is necessary to calculate the difference between the current interpolation curve and the corresponding data points, known as the adjustment vector. To achieve more precise adjustments of control points, this paper decomposes the adjustment vector into its coordinate components and introduces a weight for each component. By dynamically adjusting these weights, we can accelerate the convergence of iterations and enhance approximation accuracy.

However, its application is often limited by high radiation doses and the occurrence of ring artifacts. While S-µCT utilizing sparse-view projections can effectively decrease radiation doses, the reconstructed images frequently exhibit severe streaking artifacts, which are exacerbated by ring artifacts, ultimately compromising reconstruction accuracy, image quality, and resolution.

However, to cope with increasing code length and rate, the complexity of the neural network increases significantly. This is due to the large amount of feature extraction required to maintain the error correction capability.

To address these problems, we present an accurate fast QPI method using an accelerated iteration-based TIE solution. In this method, a gradient acceleration iterative solution is constructed by TIE itself.
