Background: There is a growing international policy focus on involving those affected by healthcare safety incidents, in subsequent investigations. Nonetheless, there remains little UK-based evidence exploring how this relates to the experiences of those affected over time, including the factors influencing decisions to litigate.
Aims: We aimed to explore the experiences of patients, families, staff and legal representatives affected by safety incidents over time, and the factors influencing decisions to litigate.

Unlabelled: Hepatitis B infection remains a significant global health concern, with hepatitis D co-infection observed in approximately 5% of the patients. Treatment options for hepatitis D are currently limited, with most therapies awaiting approval by the FDA. However, there is a lack of comprehensive data on the prevalence and clinical presentation of patients with hepatitis B and D coinfection, particularly in Pakistan.

To comprehend speech, human brains identify meaningful units in the speech stream. But whereas the English '' has 3 word-units, the Arabic equivalent '' is a single word-unit with 3 meaningful sub-word units, called morphemes: a verb stem (''), a subject suffix ('--'), and a direct object pronoun ('-'). It remains unclear whether and how the brain processes morphemes, above and beyond other language units, during speech comprehension.

Background: The number of migrants at the Mexico-US border has increased to historic levels, and frequently changing immigration policy impacts this population as they await entry into the US. This study evaluated the usability and health effects of the Customs and Border Protection (CBP) One™ mobile application among asylum seekers near the US port of entry in Reynosa, Mexico.
Methods: We conducted semi-structured qualitative interviews with 20 asylum seekers in Reynosa, Mexico, in February 2023.
