Bladder cancer (BC) is a major global health issue with a high recurrence rate and limited effective treatments. Over the past few years, it has become evident that miRNAs play a role in the carcinogenesis process, particularly in regulating genes that promote cancer cell proliferation and invasion. This review focuses on the extent to which natural products can act as potential miRNA modulators for the management of bladder cancer.

Background: This research investigated the dynamics of fee-free higher education in South Africa, analysing the interplay of socioeconomic, political, and institutional factors to elucidate the complexities surrounding its implementation and impact. Using a causal loop diagram approach (CLD), the study aims to identify key factors to effective implementation, how they interact to shape the outcome of the policy, and actionable strategies to address the challenges hindering the policy sustainability.
Method: A participatory approach was used to developing the CLD, integrating insights from an extensive literature review and stakeholder opinion.

Despite its importance, the business still faces challenges from low productivity, traditional methods, inadequate access to advanced technologies, and increasing climate change sensitivity. These problems prevent agriculture from realizing its full potential to advance economic development, reduce poverty, and provide food security.

It has implications for students' personal growth and career counselling interventions. While the previous MDMSES has been widely used in the context of China's New College Entrance Examination reform, the increased choice of majors and advancement of career planning necessitate a new scale to assess high school students' MDMSE levels.

Saudi Arabia prioritises primary healthcare reform to address challenges like population growth, high demand, high costs, and unequal access. The 2030 vision aims to integrate and maintain primary healthcare centre (PHC) services, while the healthcare privatisation plan seeks to modernise and expand primary care, medical cities, and dialysis centres. A search was run on different databases, and 18 studies were included in the review based on inclusion and exclusion criteria.
