Seven hospitals in the Dayton, Ohio area collaborated in the development of generic record completion policies to assist with orientation of medical school residents. A uniform delinquent record policy was also developed, which defined the steps that would be taken if records remained incomplete. The interinstitutional policies resulted in a more cooperative atmosphere among residents, the medical school, and the hospitals, which contributed to improved quality of documentation and a decrease in the number of delinquent records by as much as 70 percent.

Design: A triple-armed, double-blind randomized controlled trial with cross-over design investigated patient-reported satisfaction and objective dental evaluation of a 3-unit, monolithic zirconium dioxide (ZrO2), implant-supported fixed dental prosthesis (iFDP) fabricated with 2 completely digital workflows and 1 mixed analog-digital workflow.
Case Selection: Participants enrolled required rehabilitation of 2 dental implants in posterior region of either of the arches with a 3-unit, ZrO2 iFDP. A total of 20 participants received the 3 types of ZrO2, iFDP fabricated by 3 different methods.

Objective: To compare physical activity (PA) over midlife between (1) former collegiate athletes and non-athletes and (2) among athletes in different sports.
Methods: The Harvard Alumni Health Study (HAHS) is a prospective cohort study of male undergraduates who completed serial questionnaires regarding PA and health status between 1962 and 1993. PA was categorised by intensity (<3 METs, light; 3 to <6 METs, moderate; ≥6 METs, vigorous), and energy expenditure (kilocalories (kcal)/week) was estimated at each intensity and in total.
Objectives: To determine (1) which maternal and area characteristics are associated with reaching fidelity targets (the expected number of visits mothers should receive at each stage of the programme) in the Family-Nurse Partnership (FNP), and (2) whether achieving these fidelity targets affects outcomes.
Design, Setting And Population: Cohort study of mothers enrolled in the FNP, aged 13-19 years, giving birth between April 2010 and January 2018 in England. Mothers were linked to their Hospital Episode Statistics and National Pupil Database records.

Design: Cross-sectional data collected in wave 1 of the DACHA (eveloping resources nd minimum dataset for are omes' doption) study, a mixed-methods pilot of a prototype minimum dataset (MDS).
Setting: Care homes (with or without nursing) registered to provide care for older adults (>65 years) and/or those living with dementia.
