Objective: To demonstrate that tibial intraneural ganglia in the popliteal fossa are derived from the posterior portion of the superior tibiofibular joint, in a mechanism similar to that of peroneal intraneural ganglia, which have recently been shown to arise from the anterior portion of the same joint.
Design: Retrospective clinical study and prospective anatomic study.
Materials: The clinical records and MRI findings of three patients with tibial intraneural ganglion cysts were analyzed and compared with those of one patient with a tibial extraneural ganglion cyst and one volunteer.
The anatomy of the tip of the nose is reviewed with description of clinical manifestations in different variants of anatomical structures of the tip of the nose. Thick skin problem and specific features of surgical treatment of nasal tip deformities in thick, porous skin are considered.

Pathogenetic approaches (clinico-anatomic, structural features of thyroid epithelium, echographic signs, functional activity of the thyroid) served the basis for division of inflammatory diseases into 4 groups. A wide spectrum of physiotherapeutic procedures are suggested for treatment of thyroiditis. There may be different combination of physiotherapy with medication.

In 457 autopsies of cases with non-Hodgkin's malignant lymphoma tumour cardiac lesion was found in 43 (9.4%) observations; 5 of them with a combination of tumour with post infarctional myocardial sclerosis were excluded from the analysis. The clinical-anatomic data from 38 autopsies were divided into 3 groups: marked insignificant and only microscopically revealed tumour lesion of the myocardium.
