The March snowstorm that hit Alabama is already the stuff of legend. It paralyzed businesses and travel, and left people trapped indoors wondering if the white stuff would ever melt. Hospitals were not immune to these problems, but the brave men and women who make Alabama's medical facilities what they are persevered and were there when their communities needed them.
